1、Mifo headsets warranty policy:

Thanks for using mifo bluetooth headsets.  Mifo do the after sales service based on  Law of the PRC on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers. Products will with after services of three guarantees (for repair, replacement and compensation of faulty products)


1. 7 days  within  purchasing, if the main product with any technical performance failure , consumers can choose to return, replace or repair.


2. 8-30days within purchasing, the main product appear any technical performance failure, consumers can choose to replace or repair.


3. When purchase the headsets, please left your complete whole and real cell phone No. And information on  the warranty card and keep it well.


4.To qualify ,please display valid warranty card and invoice for warranty service. In case the warranty card and invoice all lost and can not provide the copy of the warranty card information and invoice , we will calculate the date 30days late from the manufacturing date , then provide the after sales service to you. Product warranty will be one year.


5. Manual, warranty card, package are out of the warranty range.


Remarks:  This warranty applies only to products sold within the Republic of China.



2、EXCLUSIONS:


This warranty does not apply and no other warranty applies to:


a) Damage caused by force majeure (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc.);


b) The Product being used other than in a normal and customary manner.   


c) Any disassembly, repair, alteration or modifications carried out by anyone other than mifo or an Authorised Service Center.   


d) Misuse, abuse, negligence or an accident howsoever caused.   


e) Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alteration or modification of the Product.   


f) Spillage of food or liquids, corrosion, rust or the use of wrong voltage.    


g) Scratches or damage to plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts due to normal use.   


h) Use outside of use permitted under the Product’s user manual. 


I) Out of the warranty limitation


This Warranty will not be available: a) out of warranty time; or, b) without any proof of purchase.    


Under warranty time, all the parts or components replaced belongs to mifo.


The Warranty applies to the Product as originally supplied. The Warranty does not apply to any software or other equipment owned by mifo or third parties however, you should check the end-user license agreement, separate warranty/ guarantee statement(s) and/or any exclusions which are provided or intended to apply to such items.

 


3、Others


1).Replace:  You can go to replace into our maintain center, if the main product is defective, can replace the same model product, if the accessories are defective, replace the accessories for free.


2).Repair:  you can go to our maintain center to repair


3). Damaged by water or human , consumers should inquiry with our service center.  Repair can be arranged only when both sides agreed.



4、Remarks:


1. When write the the warranty card,  please write based on the warranty asked, and please make sure the letters and clear, the information is correct. Usually below information are need:

Name, address, phone NO.:, the defective phenomenon.


2.  To protect your privacy ,please backup your information and data  and clear into the product before you send to repair. Under no circumstances will the mifo Service Center and its staff be responsible for the backup or restoration of information and data for you, and will not be liable for any consequences arising from the loss, damage or disclosure of information and data. Please save the legality of the information and data you store. To respect your privacy (unless necessary to provide services), we will not transfer, back up or review your information and data, but reserve the right to refuse service for illegal content.


3. Fetch the repaired well product, with the customer page of warranty card to fetch the repaired well product; in case it is lost, customers should take their own ’s ID card or valid proof to fetch.
